For active engagements, we collect what is reasonably required to operate a service desk and managed IT relationship: organisational contacts, asset inventories, support histories, remote access details you approve, monitoring telemetry, and documentation you share about systems under support. We do not ask for personal data unrelated to delivering the contracted services.

How client and systems data is handled

Ticket narratives, configuration data, backups you entrust to us, and privileged credentials are handled under least-privilege access and contractual confidentiality. Only Technology Desking personnel or approved subprocessors involved in your scope may access this information. We apply technical and organisational controls appropriate to IT operations—including encryption in transit where supported, secure storage of secrets, and access logging—to guard against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. Data is used solely to deliver, improve, and report on the services you purchase, and we do not sell personal information. We may share data with subprocessors (such as cloud tooling you already use) only when necessary and consistent with your instructions, or when law requires disclosure.
