Terms and Conditions
Rules governing access to this site and Technology Desking Limited engagements.
These terms govern your access to and use of the websites, portals, and materials operated by Technology Desking Limited ("Technology Desking", "we", "us", or "our").
By instructing us to deliver IT service desk, managed technology, or related services, you agree to the framework below together with any master services agreement, statement of work, or order form that references Technology Desking Limited.
IT and technology services
Our offerings include, without limitation, IT service desk operations, managed infrastructure support, Microsoft 365 and cloud assistance, endpoint management, cybersecurity coordination, and hybrid on-site coverage as expressly documented for your organisation. Commercial scope, service hours, escalation paths, security obligations, and fees are defined only in a written contract—not inferred from marketing copy on this site. While we apply professional skill and care, information technology outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's sole control (vendor outages, internet disruption, defective hardware, or changes you make without notice). Unless a signed SLA explicitly states otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed mean-time-to-repair, or specific financial savings.
Intellectual property and licensing
Except where assignment is agreed in writing, Technology Desking Limited retains ownership of our methodologies, runbooks, internal tooling, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property. You receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for you once all related invoices are paid. You warrant that data, credentials, and instructions you supply do not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to grant us access.
Third-party platforms and vendors
Supporting your environment necessarily involves third-party products—operating systems, hyperscale clouds, software-as-a-service vendors, hardware OEMs, and telecommunications providers ("Third-Party Services").
- Use of each Third-Party Service remains subject to its provider's terms. We are not responsible for upstream suspension of accounts, licence compliance actions, or breaking changes introduced by those vendors.
- Technology Desking Limited is not liable for losses arising from Third-Party Service outages, API deprecations, security incidents originating outside our managed scope, or inaccurate telemetry returned by vendor monitoring APIs.
Payment, suspension, and termination
Invoices are payable according to the schedule in your agreement. Technology Desking Limited may suspend or reduce services—including remote access, on-site visits, or tooling entitlements—if amounts are materially overdue, provided we give notice where contractually required. Either party may terminate engagements as set out in the governing agreement; we may end access immediately where there is abusive conduct toward staff, illegal activity, or a serious breach of security policy.
Changes
Technology Desking Limited may update these website terms to reflect evolving regulation or service practices. Material changes will be indicated by revising the "last updated" context on this page or by direct notice when we have a business relationship with you.
